Riverside Avondale Preservation and the Springfield Preservation and Revitalization Council have joined forces with other local and regional preservation groups to present Restore Jacksonville, an ambitious preservation education conference to be held in Jacksonville, Florida Oct.12th-14th, 2007. However, without the generous support of our principal sponsor, First Guaranty Bank, and a grant from The Jacksonville Historic Preservation Commission, this unprecedented preservation event could not take place. We're also grateful to the local companies that have helped to underwrite the conference; their support sends a strong and visible message to our community that these organizations are committed to preserving the architecture, history, cultural heritage and economic viability of Jacksonville's great historic neighborhoods.
