Finally, a few registration rules:
* Registrations received after Monday, Oct. 8th, 2007, will be accepted on-site only. Don't want to wait in long lines? Register today!
* Requests for cancellations and substitutions must be in writing. For cancellation requests received after October 5th, the conference fee will be refunded, minus any food or workshop costs.
* Only those registrations received by the original early registration date of Sept. 12th will be eligible for the Conditions Assessment drawing.
